Goods & Prices Charcoal Drawings can be delivered to all UK areas and overseas with a postage charge of £15. The drawing will be carefully rolled and sent in a postal tube. Ordering & Payment To place an order, email or telephone Lucy and use one of the following options: To purchase original paintings or charcoals please quote the image title & date. for example: Oil Seed Fields 2014 The total price and delivery will be then confirmed by email. Payments can be taken by cheque. paypal or BACS transfer. Please Note: Products paid by cheque will be sent out after payment has been received | Delivery Once payment has been taken the item will be carefully wrapped and delivered via courier within 5 working days. All tracking details will be emailed to you along with your receipt. Return & Refund Policies If you are not fully satisfied or wish for an alteration to be made please contact Lucy and return the item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. Commissions If you have an image in mind or would like to send a special gift, I will happily create a commission to fit your needs. Your image will be painted/ drawn from a sketch and/or photograph.
